Take Hwy. 26 through the Mt. Hood National Forest to the Bear Springs/Maupin exit, Hwy 216. Follow Hwy 216, 45 minutes to the junction of Hwy 197. Take Hwy 197 to Maupin.
From The Dalles:
Off I-84 take Exit 87 to Hwy 197 to Maupin.
From Bend:
Take Hwy 97 north, through Madras. At the junction, follow the signs to Hwy 197 to Maupin.
